This approach also considers implications for the environment and results in pro?table Ethical leadership calls for morals, fairness, caring, sharing, no false promises or unreasonable demands on others, etc.

You are demonstrating that yes, I have a work ethic , yes, I have a passion for this work , and yes, you need to follow my lead on how I tackle this work. When leaders experience failure in their groups, the environment will be far from jovial, but the opportunity to teach will be unequaled. Just a thought. Thanks for this!
