Three Times You Have to Speak Up

Early on in our careers, we might speak up without concern or context. Enthusiasm, naïveté, fear of repercussions, conformity to the group norms, and even wisdom are all things that can influence whether someone speaks up or not. It happened during the Kennedy Administration's Bay of Pigs fiasco when " groupthink " carried the day.
