It's been two years since the last list, not to be confused with the competing " Best Companies for Leaders " list sponsored by Businessweek and Hay Group. Hay Group just released its seventh annual Best Companies for Leadership Study. The Best Companies for Leadership consistently outperform their peers. Over a 10 year period, the Top 20 companies produced a 5.39 Over a 10 year period, the Top 20 companies produced a 5.39 Not at all. Any idea what's going on with that?
