He developed a theory that people tend to develop a self-concept based on one of four factors — Dominance, Inducement, Steadiness, or Compliance. As I say several times in other posts ( DISC FAQ’s ), the model should not be used to label a person or to define them. It has no moral or ethical standing on its own.
