Leadership is a full-contact sport, and if you cannot address conflict in a healthy, productive fashion then you should not be in a leadership role. If only we could learn the art of dealing with conflict in a collaborative and constructive way, I am sure that organisations would be transformed. May I also offer another suggestion?
