Make Sure Your Marketing Matches Your Market

The only problem…I’m not sure their marketing matched their market. I wasn’t in the beer market anyway, but his marketing approach probably wouldn’t have motivated me if I was. It reminded me though of how we “market” sometimes…even in the church. Especially one guy.

Steve Jobs was without question a brilliant man and an incredible marketer. Jobs had a brilliance as an innovator and presenter and could wow an audience or inspire a team. I’ve read that he was difficult (extremely) to work for, but turnover was minimal at Apple because people wanted to follow him.
