As we move through life, we all keep a running record, at least at some level in our memory banks, of what worked, what didn’t, and why. To overcome “groupthink” start with hiring. Fighting groupthink should start at the hiring stage. To cure hindsight bias, keep a diary. It’s pretty funny stuff.
