Everyone needs down-time to renew, reenergize, and re-bond with family. Even in quiet times, there's a chance for mischief or missteps if leaders leave a vacuum, with no one clearly in charge and lack of clarity about how to operate. Leaders don't have the luxury of a sharp boundary between their public actions and their private lives.
