So what’s it going to be this year…a turkey, an extra paid day off, a cash bonus, stock/options/warrants, something creative or nothing at all? I don’t know about you, but it’s almost as if we have raised a generation of leaders who feel they have a moral and ethical obligation to be politically correct – WRONG. Real leaders like to be challenged – they want to be inspired by new ideas and creative thoughts. How sad is this? Our Freedom.
