It has been a great year for the Edmondson’s. Jeremy has proven to be a hard worker and is doing well in his new career in marketing and social media. We aren’t still long, but God is giving us incredible opportunities for Kingdom-influence during this season. Merry Christmas! We love it.

Respect is earned by honoring commitments and doing the right thing regardless of opinion, sentiment, or influence. This is a skill I believe many leaders do not develop until later in their careers. I mentioned an example of this in a comment on a recent Ron Edmondson post dealing with Leading People Older Than You.

People who have bad attitudes have more career turnover. Ron Edmondson This is a challenging post Mike. People who possess a negative outlook on life are four times more likely to suffer a stroke, heart attack, or be diagnosed with cancer. People with bad attitudes have a 50% higher divorce rate.
