Moreover, building rapport is easily achieved assuming your motivations for doing so are sincere. It is absolutely essential to understand other’s motivations prior to weighing in. This is a skill I believe many leaders do not develop until later in their careers. I know I am still working on it. Thank you for sharing.

What you’re looking for is people skills – how to handle conflict – how to delegate and how to motivate and cast a vision.
