Working on all of these issues is such a drain on my energy. It is easier to focus on the project at work than undertake changing personal behaviour. I personally don’t want to admit that I am jealous, judgmental, entitled and a people pleaser. So each day, I just try and pick one thing to focus on. Tomorrow I will pick something else.
