I’ve seen several (entrepreneur) CEOs who suffer from this Jekyl/Hyde personality, most likely due to the extreme stresses of starting/running a self-funded business. Patronizing, belittling or sarcastic leaders forgo trust and loyalty to prop-up their ego – big mistake.
