Connecting is intentional, it is all about other, and it requires hard work and energy to connect. - Who do you need to spend energy on connecting with? . - Connecting is all about others, not about us. As soon as you get married, you have a power outage. - When you connect it takes you to a higher plain of communication.

There was a terrific energy among group participants. Last week when I was in Miami Beach, one morning I stopped at a Starbucks on the Lincoln Avenue Mall. Starbucks partners were gathering there for a walk (see picture above) to raise money for a non-profit organization. What a simple idea! why is everyone smiling?
