The harsh reality is that great numbers of leaders continue to operate in a vacuum by sequestering themselves away in the corner office and attempting to lead from afar. I'm a firm believer that challenging the status quo, especially those surrounding best practices usually leads to very fertile ground. WE just use 'em AARP is leading the way in depositing checks for US Service men/women overseas via cellular phones. Change needs to be tied to improvement otherwise it's chaos.
