3 Ways To Set Better Goals

Jason Womack

If there is a secret to setting better goals, when would you want to know? Me.I want to know now! I figure the sooner I know, the more I can do, right? How do YOU store power for tomorrow's use?

Jason Womack

I attended a lecture by Gregg Maryniak at Singularity University. He encouraged me to "re-think" energy buildup, storage and use. So, imagine my surprise when I learned about THIS! 5 things - according to my doctor - to do for your health

Jason Womack

I'm a bit early for my appointment this afternoon, so when I sat down and saw this flyer on the wall I thought I'd share. Seems like they are addressing multiple areas of focus, simultaneously: Psychology. Sociology. Technology. Whenever I think about how the mind works, I think about habits, practices and the things that happen auto-matically. Seems like that first one - for anyone who already smokes - is in the "Zero Sum Game" area of health.
