OXYMORON …Great leaders are not politically correct, but they are politically savvy – there is a difference. Putting political agendas and peer pressure aside (as great leaders do), leaders should not make their choices based upon public opinion. Their responsibility is to be correct; not politically correct.

I'm going through and cleaning up some old posts and found this one from 2007. I thought about it for just a few seconds, and then, without thinking of the political consequences, blurted out, “get a new CEO ?” I still find this one to be very true 12 years later. Definitely the wrong answer, not what she was looking for at all.
