Gender Pay Gap Narrows Down Women to Men Wage Ratio in 2022

Moving forward to 2010, we can see that women were earning 77 cents for the same jobs and efforts as males, who were earning a dollar. When we look at the statistics from 1963 to 2010, we can see that the pay disparity has shrunk by less than half a cent every year. This outcome is unsatisfactory, so there is much room for improvement.
