Great leaders are strategic thinkers who have the ability to translate their vision into an actionable strategy to insure its success. I believe that leaders should also be able to create an environment of trust wherein employees feel empowered. Perhaps results should be filled out someone other than the leader. I was so impressed with the detail in every service and the great way they set the environment they wanted. The game changer for me was the importance of setting an environment that people enjoyed and enhanced their spiritual experience. It transformed my business and career. Thanks for sharing Dan.
