However, I do believe that this dilemma can be minimized by encouraging an environment where both positive and negative feedback is appreciated and taken sincerely. I agree that feedback can be difficult to accept, especially when the feedback is negative. And it can be complicated to gather honest feedback from individuals that you oversee.
