There is a proverb that says, “ If the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail&#. I hazard to say that if we were each to bring heightened awareness to our assumptions, our ability to be receptive to change would be that much greater. Mental Models: are, simply put, about assumptions and biases in our thinking.
