Sad, but true; much of my life and career I have attempted to achieve perfection in everything I do. Find a support partner: Ask a peer, mentor, boss, coach or friend to partner with you on your progress. She was so broken; the issue became a mess, taken all the way to human resources and finally resolved without hurting anybody.
