I’ve seen several (entrepreneur) CEOs who suffer from this Jekyl/Hyde personality, most likely due to the extreme stresses of starting/running a self-funded business. The beautiful thing about your story is it makes for a wonderful case study. Elated and encouraging one day, and scowling and demeaning the next.
