I refer to this as receiving “the gift of ears.” Your comment about the ability to develop as a leader by gleaning insights via social media from other leaders whom you've never met gives validity to three things: 1.) that other leaders looking to develop and improve will grow as a result of their efforts. They humbled me.

During a recent interview I was asked how I felt about the coaching profession - I jokingly referred to myself as a coaching heretic, and went on to say that I really don’t like the word “ coach &# as a descriptor for what I do. mikemyatt: A leaders Intellect should not be a depreci.
