It has been a year since that first trip and I am still learning just how challenging, complex and rewarding it is to develop an ethical supply chain Figure 2 (Figure 2). I am incredibly fortunate to work with an amazing women’s sewing cooperative in Cambodia where several dozen women work in safe and fair working conditions.
