I feel that the majority of good leaders can only be developed, in a sense that no specific training, educational degree or position can define their development. Through training and education, good leaders have the opportunity to master their skills. I don’t believe that anybody is born a good leader or that one can be made.

To fix this they need to be sent to sensitivity, diversity and similar trainings on a yearly basis. One, “They need training&# ; the issues you speak of don’t get fixed by training. My belief is that these executives feel very uncomfortable when placed in a crowd of employees that work way under them.
