Jason Womack

Careful, not your Social "Media" Network; we''re gonna leave MySpace, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter out of the discussion for now.) Questions to Ask Before You Meet

Jason Womack

I'll follow someone on Social Media for a few days/weeks. I'll notice a magazine article or TED talk that helps me prepare. I overhear someone talking about that subject and join the conversation. Whom can I learn from? I'll subscribe to a magazine or listen to a book on audio.

What are your “Must Dos” that help you have better days?

Jason Womack

Scan social media , find a place to lend a comment, idea, activity, etc. I know that my work and my world 12 months from now will be limited by the thoughts I didn''t have today. So, I do this by reading, watching, listening or interviewing someone to help me think bigger.

5 things - according to my doctor - to do for your health

Jason Womack

Consider this: I follow a few triathletes (and other athletes) on various social media platforms *Twitter and Facebook* and whenever I jump in to their stream (yeah, I made a "list" to follow) I get re-inspired to get some exercise in. I've always thought (and believed), "Change who I spend time with.change what I do.".

Generally what I'm writing shows up as a question via email or a social media discussion.I Is what I'm writing (like this post itself!) going to be able to be repurposed, reedited and reused 3 or more times? know I'm going to blog it.and, generally, I will find a way to spin it in to a coaching or/and seminar. Non-attachment.
