A Lesson From School on Understanding Your Employee’s Value

Tanveer Naseer

A few days ago, one of my daughters shared an interesting story about a recent event that happened at her school. During the course of the talk he asked the audience a number of thought-provoking questions, one of which he accompanied with this poignant story that I wanted to share and discuss here on my blog.
