Great contrasting examples of confidence vs. arrogance as it applies to leadership would be the quiet confidence of World War II Generals’ Omar Bradley and Dwight Eisenhower vs. the often outrageous arrogance of Generals’ George Patton and Douglas MacArthur. I do not know any actual examples. If their heart rate goes above a certain point (100 bpm for example) a quiet alarm would trigger. For example having to let an employee go… I’ve never dealt with that one, but would expect it to be a decision that the heart should take step back for. These are just my thoughts.
