While a brand without exposure is not much of a brand, I consistently find that brand exposure is an aspect of brand management that is all too often overlooked as a success metric. While I am not a big fan of the concept of a “resolution I am a big fan of “goals (which are more about destination and results). Just because some people don’t keep their resolution (reach their goal), doesn’t mean you can’t. Setting a goal improves your likelihood of success.

While I believe bonus structures to be a key component of successful compensation plans, if current employees are generally happy with the existing comp plan and are hitting performance goals there may not be the need to add another layer to the comp plan. While many tend to favor this structure, it is far from perfect as well.
