Evaluate the quality of your relationships today, act on improving those that need to be better, and put a plan in place to sustain those that are already great. On the right side, next to each name, scale the quality of your relationship with that person between 1 and 3, with one being “poor”, 2 being “satisfactory” and 3 being “excellent”.
