Sam Walton learned his retail operational skills from Ben Franklin. They teach us how to get along with others, work in a group, take criticism. This teaches us about accountability and performance.

Leadership is a full-contact sport, and if you cannot address conflict in a healthy, productive fashion then you should not be in a leadership role. Closing gaps becomes much easier when you can position differences as non-adversarial and operate within a framework of trust. If so, you likely have issues with conflict. Our Freedom.
