The manager let that person go due to business reasons. I do not know any actual examples. If their heart rate goes above a certain point (100 bpm for example) a quiet alarm would trigger. My other point was that a person works in a place for a long time whole heartedly. This situation may depress the employee.

Being passionate is another great example. Praising, for example would be when a leader will make it a point to let an employee know that they did a good job on a specific task or project. What makes time management difficult is that I might have a “to do” list together and a goal for that day, but depending on the needs of our customers I might not even touch that list. If you have to approve things, if you are the bottle neck in the process, you are having an impact on your employees time if you manage yours poorly.
