This gives you the ability to DO what comes your way in support of your reaching those goals. The result is that you can have those goals at which you are aiming. The goal may be accomplished but at what expense.

The pressure on you to make bottom line goals is even greater than it has ever been. In the stress of making bottom line goals, you may be missing an opportunity to achieve more than you have. As a leader, you are being watched and imitated (hopefully in a good way). The improvement of the economy is slower than most would like.
