Why I realize we cannot all be entrepreneurial in the sense that we can’t all start our own companies, I believe we can all be entrepreneurial in terms of how we approach our careers. I wanted to become a university professor but through my course of study and jobs I took, I found my passion was in helping people become better leaders.

There were no lists of training professionals you could purchase with up-to-date contact information for the person making leadership and management training decisions. Our founder, Dr. Paul Hersey, had seen to that. In so doing, he wound up teaching a course at Ohio University in the late 1960s that everybody wanted to take.
