Initially every step meets a clear and obvious goal, and progress in this early stage is measurable, quantifiable – even easy and fun. The journey up a mountain begins on familiar, comfortable terrain.

Create a May “Stretch Goal&# and Find Some $$ to Fund It - Find a metric you’ve been hitting with regularity. Is your energy low? Have a “Job-Switch&# Week - Pick a week in May, and arrange to have staff “switch&# jobs during that week. Raise the bar to a more difficult level for the month.
