Having been a consultant/leader with a Big 4 firm, my project experience is extensive and varied. I was the new person and thought it best to heed the advice of Edward Baker “A large percent of the time it is best to just stand there rather than to do something.” Sometimes people got burned out, but we delivered. And so, I relented.
