I actually am optimistic that we can get there; there’s a fair amount of consensus about that. When I’m talking to corporate CEOs, CFOs, and board members, I don’t see the major multinationals planning to bring that cash back to the United States. There’s $140 to $160 billion of offshore cash, $100 billion of it is in Ireland.
