Leadership : There are a number of ways to get in trouble here…poor leadership, no leadership, or fractionalized leadership can all be quite problematic. Lastly, don’t decentralize marketing…consistent messaging across markets, mediums and constituencies is critical. Thanks for sharing Tom.
