Lots of Companies Still Have No Senior Executives Who Are Women

In 2017 women make up 25% of senior executives in the thousands of companies covered by the survey. Although many industries were sex-segregated, women in those countries were more likely than their counterparts in capitalist societies to be in the paid workforce, in part because of policies like state-supported child care.
