To help with gaining stakeholder buy-in, complete a RASCI by following these directions: Write stakeholders names across the top of the matrix. For each milestone, indicate the role of the stakeholder: Responsible: for the task/problem/project. Look for visual cues from the audience: non-verbal signals of approval or disapproval?
