Bottom line: serving oneself just doesn’t work for anyone! We are only as good as the people who surround us, and it’s up to us to set the climate. I’ve seen several (entrepreneur) CEOs who suffer from this Jekyl/Hyde personality, most likely due to the extreme stresses of starting/running a self-funded business.
