I was thinking about that story by Thomas Merton during a recent board meeting. Early on in our careers, we might speak up without concern or context. It happened during the Kennedy Administration's Bay of Pigs fiasco when " groupthink " carried the day. Only you know how to answer the question, "Is this worth it?"
