Beginning at the top, 12 o'clock position, the first four elements are Yourself, Task at three o’clock, Others at nine o’clock, and Organization at six o’clock. It takes more than good looks, good oration and charisma to be an effective leader. Given the shape of the model, let's call this the “diamond model of leadership.”
