First I found Kurt Lewin’s Unfreeze – Change – Refreeze model. The 7 S’s are: Strategy: what is the plan, what is the change the organisation wants to make? He also writes about improving business operations at www.squawkpoint.com. I googled “change management models” and came up with other frameworks.
