To help with gaining stakeholder buy-in, complete a RASCI by following these directions: Write stakeholders names across the top of the matrix. During this activity, the participants have an opportunity to form small groups and create a positive presentation based upon their answers to three work-related questions. Round 1 Ask the participants to take a few minutes to create responses to these three separate questions: What is one positive thing you believe your company does?
