A kaizen—continuous improvement—ethos is one thing. Webb’s hardcore perspective poses an existential challenge to most organizations’ views of human resources. I’ve seen it happen, and careers ended when it did. Don’t do this, especially in a SEAL team, and you are doomed as a leader.
