Another key distinction is one highlighted by Stephen Covey in his 7-Habits books. This is the distinction between what he terms the 'Character Ethic' vs the 'Personality Ethic' The prior depends on deep changes within each of us including our view of creating a legacy for future generations. I AGREE 100%!!!!
