Bottom line…unproven leaders come with a high risk premium. They are active listeners, fluid thinkers, and know when to press-on and when to back-off. Bottom line – leaders who build a static business doom themselves to failure. Not Customer Focused : Leaders not attuned to the needs of the market will fail.
