Simply by asking, you have built a bond with them. Go ahead and: Find someone you trust and ask them to assist you. A thinking partner, or someone who can physically help you get something done. Be specific about the help they can provide. Do you need someone to lend an ear and provide suggestions for a dilemma you’re caught up in?
